Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled doctor or nurse visit at no charge if cancelled at least 4 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 4 hours may attract a visit fee.
Long-term care packages
Monthly packages can be discontinued with 48 hours notice. Refunds are pro-rated for unused service days, less any non-refundable onboarding or setup charges.
Equipment rental
Security deposits are fully refunded within 7 working days once equipment is returned in working condition. Damage or missing accessories may be deducted from the deposit.
Diagnostics
Sample-collection charges are non-refundable once the phlebotomist has been dispatched. Tests cancelled before dispatch are fully refundable.
