By engaging CareGlobal's home healthcare, equipment rental or telehealth services, you agree to the following terms.
Scope of services
CareGlobal provides home nursing, doctor visits, ICU at home, diagnostics, equipment rental and related care coordination services through trained, vetted clinicians and partners.
Medical disclaimer
Our services supplement — they do not replace — hospital emergency care. Always call your emergency number for life-threatening situations.
Billing
Service rates are shared in writing before care begins. Equipment rental is billed by plan (daily, weekly, monthly) along with refundable security where applicable.
Cancellation
Scheduled visits may be cancelled up to 4 hours in advance without charge. Late cancellations may incur a visit fee.
Liability
CareGlobal is liable only to the extent of professional negligence as covered under our indemnity insurance and applicable Indian law.
